소치 올림픽 여자 피겨스케이팅 김연아 편파 판정 재심의 요구 확산

이미 좀 지난 이슈라 모두들 알고 계시겠지만,
청원 사이트 change.org의 김연아 재심 요구가 아직도 멈추지 않고 진행되고 있네요.

청원을 시작한 이로부터 오늘 새로운 메일을 받았습니다.
참여에 대한 감사와 함께 이 청원은 현재 진행형이며
지금까지의 결과에 만족하지 않고 김연아 사건만을 위해서가 아닌
올림픽 정신과 스포츠맨 쉽을 훼손한 ISU 심판진의 판정에 변화를 줌으로써
이러한 일이 다시는 생기지 않도록 하고 싶다는 내용입니다.

혹시 아직 이 청원에 참가하지 않은 분이 계시다면
김연아를 위한 행동이라고만 생각하지 마시고
잘못된, 혹은 잘못될 여지가 있는 시스템을 개선하는데 공헌할 수 있다는

Thank you all for signing my petition, “International Skating Union (ISU): Open Investigation into Judging Decisions of Women's Figure Skating and and Demand Rejudgement at the Sochi Olympics!”. 

We have reached more than 2 million supporters and the whole world is talking about it! The story been covered by CNN, The Guardian, ESPN, and hundreds of other media outlets in South Korea, the U.S., Canada, Russia, England and more.

This is all because of you and your support -- thank you so much.

I am just a university student in Vancouver, Canada, who wants to prevent what happened to Yuna Kim from happening ever again. I expected this petition to maybe get 100 signatures, but the response has been truly amazing.

Because of the more than 2 million signatures on this petition, you can be confident that the International Skating Union (ISU) is well aware of our concerns. We can’t let up the pressure now!

Second, take a minute to comment on the ISU’s Facebook page here, and let them know that the judging in the Sochi Olympics was full of bias, and that they need to take steps to end the culture of corrupt judges in figure skating.

Because of the millions of people who’ve signed this petition, we will make sure this isn’t just a “one day thing,” but that the International Skating Union feels enough pressure to change the way judging works in figure skating. I really hope that this will bring fair sportsmanship back into figure skating, and future Olympic games.
